Yoga the perfect geometry of the body

A bit more about my story...

Regularly my siblings and I would attend childrens yoga classes and sing mantras at weekly Kirtans.

Venturing away from my practice for a while, I found my way back onto my mat, when my mind, body and my life were out of alignment.

This motivated me to dive in deeper to my yoga practice and continue my studies with yoga.

I now use yoga props making poses accessible to everyone, creating a safe boundary whilst also targeting specific points in the body.

Props allow the nervous system to really settle down and can also help us to deepen our practice.

My focus is on strength and alignment as well as stretching. Creating Safety, Stability and Integrity to the Joints in the Body.
