Growing up I was immersed in the practice & philosophy of yoga. Spending time on ashrams as a child.
My siblings & I attended regular kids yoga classes & Kirtans.
Later finding my way back onto my mat when my life & body were out of alignment.
Motivating me to dive deeper into my yoga practice. Finding my way back to myself & reconnecting with my body.
I use yoga props making poses accessable to everyone.
Props allow the nervous system to really settle down but can also help us to deepen our practice.
My focus is on strength & alignment as well as stretching. Creating Safety, Stabilty & Integrity to the Joints in the Body.
